The HEBIE GROUP team comes from different regions and countries.

of tubus carrier systems GmbH

tubus is one of the world's leading companies for the development and production of high-quality carrier systems for transporting loads on bicycles. For more than 25 years, tubus has been building handmade, elaborately surface-treated luggage carriers made of high-strength special steels. At the Münster site, 50 employees do their best every day to develop high-quality, modern products that combine function, design and durability.

Application procedure

What happens next with the application?

After receiving the confirmation of receipt, we ask you to be patient for approx. 3 weeks in order to make a pre-selection of potentially suitable candidates. If you then receive further mail from us, we will usually arrange an initial meeting to get to know each other. Only when both parties can imagine working together in principle will we arrange another appointment for a trial working day. If the chemistry is right and the anticipation of working together is growing, then we are sure that we are a good match. Nothing stands in the way of signing an employment contract.

What else sets us apart?

In 2024, we started a cooperation with Westfalenfleiß in Münster, because inclusion always starts with oneself. People with and without special challenges work closely together in our production facilities.

Because the compatibility of family and work is also very important to us, we have a partnership with the family cooperative. Our employees can call on the help of specialist counsellors there. Family cooperatives provide advice and support in the context of care and social counselling, for example on the topics of care, parental leave and parental allowance or health.
