We manufacture all racktime carriers from a particularly resilient light metal alloy and test them according to ISO 11243:2023 - and beyond. That's why we can give you a full decade's warranty on all our racktime standard carriers and BASKIT EDGE and BOOTBAG plastic baskets with proof of purchase. And we are happy to do so! However, should you have any complaints, please contact the dealer from whom you purchased our product. They will handle the complaint and contact our customer service team on your behalf.
